All subscriptions include bi-weekly visits to the property to monitor and maintain the health and well-being of your landscape.
After each visit, you will receive a report detailing everything we managed during that visit. The report will include our observations, what tasks were completed, any issues we discovered, how we addressed them, and all measured data points.
We actively track your property's data in our database so we can identify trends and potential issues, and then we proactively manage them before they become larger and more expensive problems.
Ecosystem Audit
We establish a baseline for your property. We clear invasive weeds from flower beds, clean up or dig new bed edging, take initial soil samples, and carefully map the terrain and existing landscape.
Continuous Stewardship
We conduct bi-weekly visits where we monitor soil and plant health, clear weeds and spent blooms, inspect drainage and irrigation systems.
Seasonal Services
We offer add-on services such as fall and spring clean ups, post storm debris collection, leaf mulching, and targeted pest treatments

Our Stewardship Process
Ecosystem Audit
This service will be customized for your property, and the scope of work will be agreed with the client.
Prices start at $750 for a 0.5-acre property with up to 1500 sq.ft. of manicured garden beds. This fee is reduced or eliminated depending on the terms of the contract
The first step of our stewardship process:
We establish the baseline to which we will maintain and improve your property. The Ecosystem Audit has two primary parts:

We create a professional landscape drawing of the property for reference during our stewardship
